​Ready To Wear & Made To Order Returns

If you wish to return your ‘Ready To Wear’ or ‘Made to Order’ jewellery, you are welcome to do so for an exchange or refund.

Please contact us prior to returning your item for advice within 14 days of receiving your order. 

You then have another 14 days to return the item to us.

Please note, that one-of-a kind jewellery items cannot be exchanged (like for like) due to their unique nature, instead they will need to be returned for a refund or credit note to be used against an alternative item.

The item for exchange or refund should be returned in its original, unused, resalable condition.

​

Return shipping fees will be at the expense of the you, the purchaser, unless the item is faulty.

​

If the item is faulty, then please get in touch and we can discuss the best way forward.

​

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the product reaches us in the condition it was received.

Any significant damage may incur an additional fee or void the refund or exchange policy.

 

We will not process returns or refunds until we receive the original item.

Bespoke Returns

​

We work closely with our clients to ensure that the design of bespoke jewellery is carried through to the finished product accurately and is a true representation of the design we signed off and agreed upon together.

​

By using our bespoke service, you agree to have an item of jewellery designed and made to your own unique specifications.

For that reason, the right to cancel within 14 days for online purchases does not apply. 

The design was requested and approved by you prior to the final piece being made, and as long as it meets the agreed-upon specifications, you cannot return the item because you are not happy with how it looks.

You may be entitled to a refund or exchange;

if the product has a fault or is not of a satisfactory quality;

if the finished product bares a significant difference to the design that was agreed upon, or;

if the item is unfit for purpose.

If the any of the above apply, we will offer to resolve the issue by repairing or replacing the item before offering a refund, as a last resort.

Please note:  In the event that you cancel a bespoke order, the deposit is refunded at our discretion.

For All Jewellery Returns

​

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted from the person who completed the original purchase.

Proof of your purchase may be required.

​

You void your right to a return or exchange if you tamper with, or instruct another person to tamper with the item.

For example, in the case of fixing a fault.

​

If you fail to notice a fault when you receive your order, but notice it within 6 months of the original purchase, we will offer to repair or replace the item free of charge, unless we can prove that it was not faulty when you bought it. 

When making a claim after a period of 6 months, you should be expected to prove that the jewellery was faulty when you first received it.

We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and

customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
